More On Ring Of Honor's TV Deal, D-Lo In ROH, ECW Arena Renamed Again

— Earlier this week, Ring of Honor announced a new partnership with cable network HDNet to air a new weekly 1-hour show. Ring of Honor’s television show will feature original matches shot in HD, but will not feature the slick production and pyro seen with WWE and TNA. While ROH does not expect to make much money off the television show itself, its being seen as a promotional vehicle to push their Pay-Per-Views, live events and DVDs. — ROH announced former WWE star D-Lo Brown is scheduled to appear on the February 7 show in Orlando, Fla. “I hear how great the wrestlers in ROH are,” Brown tells ROHWrestling.com “And I look forward to showing the fans that it’s okay to still be down with the brown. After the seventh in Orlando, I’m sure all of ROH will be too.” For now, the appearance is being billed as “one night only.”
