Stanley N’Soki rejects Juventus, Lyon join the race, OGC Nice in pole

RMC report that 20-year-old left-sided PSG defender Stanley N’Soki has rejected a two-year long loan offer from Juventus.

Lyon have in recent hours entered the race to sign the player, and have the financial capacity to make a permanent transfer offer to PSG for his services. N’Soki is considering their interest seriously, as a club renowned for growing young talent into world-class players and offering Champions’ League football.

However, OGC Nice remain in pole position to land the Frenchman, with Patrick Vieira having spoken to N’Soki at the beginning of this week. The player was convinced by Vieira’s discourse, and the possibility of being the 1st choice at left-back appeals to him, in contrast to the situation at Lyon where he would have to battle with Youssouf Koné.

PSG would prefer to sell the player outright, but OGC Nice’s proposals to the Ligue 1 champions have been a series of loan with option to purchase bids. Julien Fournier continues to negotiate with Les Parisiens today in an attempt to conclude a deal that has been discussed for several weeks now.
