L’Équipe report that 22-year-old Reims attacker Rémi Oudin’s move to Fiorentina, which had been agreed in principle at €10m, is fading fast from reality, without offering a reason why at the moment.

Instead, La Viola has moved on to Algerian international winger Rachid Ghezzal of Leicester City. The two clubs are negotiating a salary split for a loan without option to buy.

Ghezzal is already in Florence to save time if an agreement is reached.
